Booking Fee/Cancellation Policy

A booking fee of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment online. This booking fee is redeemable against the cost of treatment at Tallent Medical at any point in the future. If you decide not to proceed to treatment following your consultation the booking fee is not refundable. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice the booking fee will be lost and NOT used towards the cost of treatment at a future point in time. If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment please give as much notice as possible.

Refund Policy

Tallent Medical does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Dr Tallent uses the highest quality products from genuine suppliers and aims to set realistic expectations of treatment outcomes for each client following consultation, though results cannot be guaranteed and vary from individual to individual. If you are dissatisfied with a treatment result please discuss this with Dr Tallent who is happy to review you and discuss further management. Please note, you may need a number of treatments over a period of time to achieve the results you would like.

Complaints

Complaints should be made in writing to drtallent@tallentmedical.co.uk. Dr Tallent will attempt to resolve the complaint personally, but this is not possible, it will be forwarded to the most appropriate organisation such as the GMC, BCAM or trading standards.
